Efecto reserva sobre los recursos marinos de la Reserva Marina de las Islas Columbretes (RMIC) y su entorno.

El proyecto ERICOL tiene cuatro objetivos:

  • Determinar las repercusiones del cese de la pesca en la RMIC sobre la población de langosta y sobre las pesquerías adyacentes
  • Mejorar y ampliar los conocimientos disponibles sobre la biología y la ecología de la langosta en el Mediterráneo occidental tomando como referencia la población protegida en la reserva
  • Estudiar el efecto reserva sobre la comunidad de peces litorales explotadas en las pesquería adyacentes y sus repercusiones pesqueras y de conservación
  • Evaluar el efecto reserva sobre las comunidades demersales de fondos blandos

El proyecto, con una duración de 4 años (2009-2012) y financiado por la Secretaría General del Mar del Ministerio de Medio Ambiente, Medio Rural y Marino, está dirigido por el grupo de investigación RESMARE del COB y en él participan R. Goñi, D. Díaz, S. Mallol y S. Deudero
